Lodging, Transportation and Accommodations

As a part of the mission of Advantage Outfitters, each client’s experience will be customized to their individual desire and needs, including meals and accommodations. Advantage Outfitters aims to not only meet the hunters and their guests needs but to exceed their expectations. The camp for Advantage Outfitters is located at 126 Bush St., Hulett, WY. Hunters will be lodged in in camp. All accommodations will be provided and coordinated by Advantage Outfitters. There will be a $200/day fee for each guest (non-hunting) accompanying hunters. Included in the provided accommodations will be three meals a day, which will be prepared by the full-time chef and other amenities common in a full-service hunting camp. Dining will take place at the main lodge. Hunters and their guests will be allowed to relax in their rooms or around camp, depending on their desires.

Upon booking a hunt with Advantage Outfitters, clients will be asked to fill out a brief nutritional preference form. This form will ask if they have any food allergies and provide an overview of food and beverage preferences for all guests. This will aid in providing an elevated level of customer service to all guests/clients.

Hunters will be expected to be in camp by no later than 2 P.M. the day before their hunt and depart by 11 A.M. the day after their hunt concludes. Rapid City Regional Airport will be used as the primary airport for Advantage Outfitters. Transportation to/from camp will be facilitated via 2 options: 1) a rental car at the expense of the client or 2) transportation provided by outfitter for a $200/person fee. Once all hunters are in camp, the camp staff will show them to the room and familiarize them with the accommodations.

Three meals a day will be prepared by the chef for all hunters and guests. While the mornings will be early, each day will begin with a hot breakfast. If hunters will remain in field the entire day, lunches will be prepared and provided in the field. Dinner will be the feature meal each day, with entertainment and conversations in the lodge to follow.

If hunters harvest their animal before their scheduled hunt is over, they will not be required to leave. They will have the option to remain in camp, relaxing and enjoying recreation activities. Advantage Outfitters will offer predator hunting, hiking trips and other regionally based tourism opportunities. Advantage Outfitters will provide transportation (within reason) during the entire times our guests are in camp.

Safety

All hunters will be briefed upon arriving in camp on safety standards set forth by Advantage Outfitters. These standards include but are not limited to firearms/bow safety, legal shooting light standards, hunter’s safety expectations and regulations, emergency contact information for the area, and medical needs/concerns. Each client/guest will complete an emergency contact/medical form. This form will include medical needs and conditions which are pertinent to the safety of the client during the duration of their hunt/trip.

A first aid kit will be in the kitchen of the lodge. There will also be one in each vehicle used for outfitting. Everyone in camp will receive an emergency contact card upon arriving in camp to carry with them during the hunt. The emergency contact list will also be kept in each first aid kit, in the glove box of every truck and posted in the lodge.
